Tintinara is predominantly a traditional sheep and wool area with some beef and canola crops. The town is the main service centre for the rural sector and has a reasonable population base.

 

This hotel is prominently located on the Dukes Highway and is the only hotel in Tintinara. It has strong turnover with room for improvement and has previously been run under management.

Overall it is a substantial building and consists of front bar, lounge bar, dining room, function facilities and 4 gaming machines. It has numerous guest rooms and private accommodation which have all been upgraded.
